What we collect

When you purchase, reserve or enquire about a tent we collect your name, phone number, email address and, for freight orders, your delivery address, along with order and payment details. We collect a phone number and/or email for every tent purchase so we can coordinate payment, pickup or delivery.

How we use it

We use your information to process orders, take deposits, arrange pickup appointments, book freight, provide warranty support and, only if you opt in, send marketing emails. You can unsubscribe from marketing at any time.

Who we share it with

We share information only as needed to run the business: with Shopify (our store platform), payment providers, and freight carriers delivering your order. We do not sell your personal information.
